So far so good. The ease of being able to open the gate from the app. I like the map feature as well, but could be more detailed in the car parking section.

The lady behind the counter knew what she was doing to put me in a spot I liked for my trailer. She was kind, communicative, and attentive to my needs. Great experience!

renting the storage was easy and very affordable the only complaint that I have is that the manager tried to get me to get a smaller unit when I knew for sure I needed a 10 by 10 after putting all my things in my storage I'm glad that I did get the 10 by 10 because I definitely would not have had enough space if I went with the managers suggestions upselling is a little aggressive but I understand that's part of the business

This is a nice place to store your belongings. It is clean, well kept, litter-free and maintenanced no matter what the weather elements are at any particular time. Very nice. The associate that I have dealt with has been very friendly and knowledgeable about any and all storage needs. Thank you!!!!

Good location and great rate month to month.

LOVE the customer service & monthly automatic pay option. Just wish there was a drive up keypad to enter the security code for access to the unit & wish there was an "automatic" exit for the gate to open.
