Disappointed to se that the storage unit is not 10x10, a bit smaller like 9x8. Very high, but not the size indicated. Very difficult to get my 15 foot U-Haul in to unload. Had to back up into the drive in front of my locker because the dumpster was in the way. Still a good location, should not be that much for the room that was promised.

Very easy. Reserved online. Ashley called me promptly the next day. We set up an appointment and I had my unit about 20 minutes later.

I had to make a double cash payment at the begining of September and no one knows where the cash went. I will no longer be paying with cash

Very helpful. Just tell them what you are going to store (boxes, furniture etc) and they will recommend the best size to rent! They follow up with an email to ensure you are getting what you want!

Lillian was very quick to respond to my web reservation as soon as she opened for business that morning. Very professional and the property looks very well maintained. Loved that they supply a good security lock as part of the rental.

The lady where I rented my building on Highway 10 which is Baker Boulevard in Richland Hills was very courteous and polite explained everything very well where I understood rode me around on the golf cart and showed me the building come back filled out the paperwork I thought overall she did a excellent job and answered every question I had if you have any other questions feel free to contact me at 817-320-9117 thank you and have a great day

The people I worked with were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. It was unfortunate to find out that I would be paying around $55 for something that I was told would come out to around $25 dollars, but was advertised for $1 (first month for a dollar deal). I expected some sort of fee, but not that amout of charges for things that are normally included in the regular rental price. Overall it was a great experience, and still a better deal than anywhere else I had checked.

Do not like the idea that I have to get off to enter code to enter. Have to park on the road and get off to enter code Also do not like the idea of getting off again to enter code when leaving.
